Mobiscroll Licensing Guide for Resellers

Information you need before reaching out as a reseller

This guide helps resellers identify the correct Mobiscroll licensing path and collect the required information before submitting a request.

Collecting the right information upfront helps reduce back-and-forth communication and speeds up the licensing process.


Start Here: What type of request is this?

A. License Renewal

Use this path if the customer already has an existing Mobiscroll license and wants to renew it.

Information required

Please provide at least one of the following:

  • License key

  • Email address of the original purchaser

  • Email address of a developer assigned to the license

This allows Mobiscroll to locate the license and provide accurate renewal options.

For SaaS renewals, your customer will receive a customer count declaration 30 days before the renewal date. Completing this is required in order to proceed with the renewal or generate a quotation.

Use this path if the customer needs a new Mobiscroll license.

B. Mobiscroll UI

Mobiscroll UI is a set of components used to build scheduling, calendaring, booking, and resource management interfaces.

Typical use cases include:

  • Booking systems

  • Appointment scheduling workflows

  • Calendars or planners

  • Resource scheduling tools

  • Forms and application interfaces

Important: Internal licenses cannot be used in products delivered to customers or external users.


B. Customer-Facing Product

Choose this path if the application is used by multiple customer organizations or delivered as part of a commercial software product.

Examples:

  • Cloud SaaS product

  • PaaS product

  • White-label product

  • Booking platform used by multiple clients

  • On-premise software installed for customers

  • Customer portal

Customer-Facing licenses scale based on the number of customers purchasing or using the product.

Information required

To prepare the license, Mobiscroll needs:

Customer count - The number of customer organizations currently using the product.

Agreement signatory - Full name and email address.

Developers assigned to the license - Full name and email address for each developer.

Recommended process

The most efficient approach is for the client to connect with Mobiscroll directly so we can:

  • Validate technical requirements

  • Confirm licensing scope

  • Clarify integration questions

The purchase will still be completed through the reseller.


Final Notes Regarding Payment

  • Wire transfer and credit card payment are available.

  • Orders can be accepted with or without a purchase order.
